Terms of service
Last updated : 5 September 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the TEERAL platform ("TEERAL", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("the Customer") accept these terms without reservation.
The Service is operated by JOKKALE, a sole proprietorship under Senegalese law, registered with the Dakar Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) under number SN DKR 2026 A 23030, NINEA 013156288, with its registered office at Mermoz Pyrotechnique, Dakar, Senegal. Publication director: Ndene Sene. Contact: [email protected]. Phone: +221 77 463 54 45.
2. Description of the Service
TEERAL is a platform enabling businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business communications via the official Meta Cloud API: shared inbox, message templates, campaigns, automations and tracking. TEERAL acts as a technology provider and is not affiliated with Meta.
3. Account and eligibility
The Customer must provide accurate information, have the authority to bind their business, and keep their credentials confidential. The Customer is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
4. Customer obligations and WhatsApp compliance
The Customer undertakes to comply with Meta's policies (WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Business Terms) and, in particular, to:
- send messages only to people who have given traceable prior consent (opt-in);
- honour any unsubscribe request (opt-out / "STOP") immediately and permanently;
- not send unlawful, misleading, fraudulent content or content prohibited by Meta;
- not exceed messaging tiers or expose the number to a degradation of its quality rating.
5. Protective measures
To protect the reputation of numbers and the platform's overall compliance, TEERAL may throttle, suspend or refuse sends that would exceed the authorised tiers or pose a risk to the quality rating or to Meta compliance.
6. Billing
Use of the WhatsApp API is billed by Meta directly to the Customer according to message categories (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and Meta's rates. Subscription fees for the TEERAL Service are billed separately according to the chosen plan, at the current prices published on the Pricing page, and may be paid via the offered methods (notably Wave and Orange Money). Amounts due are expressed in CFA francs (XOF).
Signing up opens a free fourteen (14) day trial, with no card required, giving access to all features of the chosen plan. At the end of the trial, if the Customer has not subscribed, the first invoice is issued and the account enters a pending-payment state; the Service remains fully usable during a five (5) day grace period.
Beyond this period and until payment, outbound messaging (campaigns, automations, replies) is suspended; incoming messages are never interrupted and the Customer's data is retained. The Customer may terminate at any time under the conditions of section 10, including during the trial, free of charge.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its brand, software and content remain the exclusive property of TEERAL. The Customer retains ownership of their own data and content, and grants TEERAL a limited licence necessary to provide the Service.
8. Availability and maintenance
TEERAL strives to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or incidents beyond our control (notably on Meta's side) may affect the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TEERAL cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of a Meta decision (restriction, suspension, ban) resulting from the Customer's failure to comply with applicable policies.
10. Term, suspension and termination
The Customer may terminate at any time. TEERAL may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or of Meta's policies. At the end of the relationship, the Customer's data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
13. Contact
For any question about these terms: [email protected].
In case of discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
